Board view
The board groups tasks by status. Use it for day-to-day flow and handoffs. Project board columns are customizable. Each column defines a valid task status for that project.List view
The list is better for scanning, filtering, sorting, and bulk review. Use list view when priority, dates, assignees, or status need comparison.Timeline
